All vendor fees are non-refundable. By registering as a vendor, you acknowledge and accept that no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to cancellation of the event, changes in venue, or changes in dates.

Guest appearances are not guaranteed and may be subject to change. We will make every effort to inform attendees of any changes to the guest list.

The Capital City Collectibles and Card Show is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred by vendors or attendees.

Participants agree to attend at their own risk.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes.

You will be eligible for tables that were purchased for 2025 in any upcoming event.
